Cooking Instructions:
Use only new crop pecans that are freshly shelled. Place pecans, 1 or 2 deep, in a baking dish. I use a bread pan. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes. Stir in enough butter to wet the pecans well. Bake for 2 more minutes. Salt the pecans generously right out of the oven while they are still wet.
